IT seems to be stabilizing

Seems like the big IT problems I experienced as a user in the late 90’s have stabilized. Are the problems going away, or are they simply becoming more subtle? Maybe the fact that I don’t observe the problems simply means I’m getting taken advantage of in ways I don’t understand.
