hi im andrews,i am a new comer want to learn and master active directory in windows 2003 server,but i have a problem after installing windows 2003 server using virtual pc 2007 during simulation i create my first domain and and create an account in my active directory,example account is(ryan santos)this acount i already joined computer to my virtual server,my problem is if i log ryan santos in my domain server her account to her pc have no right to install or manage her own computer,how can i make that account have right to do example install software,change the IP and other computer settings.kindly help me my email add is andrews2579@yahoo.com i need step by step coz as of know i am not familiar to server thanks and god bless
