      At our office, NEVER! But our office is a group of programmers so we do our own IT.

      There’s really nothing new in your question as well. It is sometimes what a shill would ask so you may get a chilly reception which is normal.

      IT support tends to be for the long term, you will have to build your own support team with the right variation of skillsets depending on your company’s specific setup and systems. It will take time & effort, another is it is risky but if it’s very worth it if you can absorb the impact.

      On the other hand, Outsourcing IT in BPOs is short-term and long-term. The set-up here is you will hire an outsourced team of industry experts that will manage your IT in an innovative manner. If you want to focus on your primary business at the same time save you cost and time, I would suggest you outsource to OBP BPO companies.
