IT SWOT Analysis

I’ve been asked to do a S.W.O.T. analysis of my IT operation. Looking around for template documents or other tools to help with this process, I’ve only found tools for whole businesses, not just IT. Does anyone know where I can find any template documents or analysis tools to just do a SWOT analysis of my IT department?
