I downloaded and ran “ItelPop For Outlook” from TechRepublic and I get the following error message whenever I open it.

The error report is Greek to me.
I am not an IT person, I just want to be able to dial phone numbers from my Outlook contacts on a land line pluged into my laptop, presumably using the headset plugs on my laptop. I am running Windows XP Pro. I tried the button to send the error report to Microsoft, with no reply. Can you help? Thank you.
