We are implementing a revised change management process in the company and I’m struggling to document a clear definition of a Major type RFC to indicate when a request for change should be logged as a Major type change and when should a task be created on a Significant type change request. Should all Major type changes be projects or should implementations that require various implementations also be logged as a Major type RFC?
