I am currently in the U.S. Navy and about to retire here in about 2 1/2 years. I have been serving as the ISSO(information system security officer) for the past 6 years and now and I am involved with the USN coversion to the NMCI through EDS. My question is; would it benefit me more to go ITT tech or get my MSCE certification for a second career?
