I've such been given an offer for a full-time W-2

By average220 ·
It is for a 12 month contract for an entry level position for full-time W-2 (recruiter pays me). I have a degree which is a plus to the job requirements but despite that they got me on the lowest range, and when I asked regarding vacation pay they told me I wouldnt qualify despite the recruiter site advertising "vacation pay". So should I bother to negotiate some vacation pay?

What's a 'full-time W-2'?

Maybe that means something else in TX, but in the rest of the country it's a form you receive showing your tax info for the year.

And they didn't 'get' you on the lowest range; you admitted in an earlier post to stating you'd accept the lowest range. Remember this?
