It is for a 12 month contract for an entry level position for full-time W-2 (recruiter pays me). I have a degree which is a plus to the job requirements but despite that they got me on the lowest range, and when I asked regarding vacation pay they told me I wouldnt qualify despite the recruiter site advertising “vacation pay”. So should I bother to negotiate some vacation pay?
