Jan 01 1601

We have one computer on our network that whenever the user modifies and saves a file, that file loses all permissions and the last access date shows Jan 01 1601. The created, modified date are both correct. If I add permissions back the file is fine but doing that multiple times a day gets old. OS is XP sp2 fully updated with Office 2007.
