Java Runtime error messages
I am getting 2 error messages:
"Java(TM) Plug-in Fatal Error
Several Java Virtual Machines running in the same process caused an error."

and

"Java(TM)Plug-in Fatal ERror
the Java Runtime Environment cannot be loaded."

i have unloaded all of the Java software and reinstalled Java 6 update 3 and i am still getting these error messages.

What do i need to do to get rid of these messages?

I am using Windows XP SP2
Thanks

did this fix the Java runtime errors?

by forbes82604 In reply to Re Java runtime errors

I have the same two Java error messages and am a total knutz, computer-wise. Will these Microsoft/framework/hotfix things work to fix my problem? where do I get them to install/reinstall them? I really need to get rid of the cause for the two Java errors. Any help would be appreciated.

RE: Java issues still an issue

by luv2bike2 In reply to Re Java runtime errors

I uninstalled and rebooted after each uninstall of MS framework that was installed, i also uninstalled and rebooted after each uninstall of JAVA software.(there were 2 installs of JAVA-different versions)

I than installed each Framework in order as describe above and rebooted after each install, applied the MS updates for them as well,

I than installed JAVA version 6 3 update once again and I still get the same error messages plus when i install JAVA i get a message saying that it could not install because it needed to have Active X installed, and to look for the yellow bar at the top of the web page to install Active X, there was no yellow bar so i could not click on it to install Active X. I have tried to go into the SUN JAVA Console but it does not come up.

Any other suggestions to help me with getting JAVA running on my PC.

Thank you in advance for your assistance, it is greatly appreciated!

I have the same two Java errors

by forbes82604 In reply to Java runtime error messag ...

The exact same two error message come up on my machine. I can't remember all the things that won't run because of this. I have floundered around trying to fix them, but have had absolutely no luck. I don't know enough to do any more than I've done. Whatever Java problems these error messages indicate are ruining my ability to access, maong other things, my Visual Thesaurus, which is the coolest thing I've got! And I pay a yearly fee for it... Time's a-wasting.... can ANYBODY tell us how to get rid of these errors? HELP! From what I gather, there are maybe partially-installed or incompletely-installed Java Runtime Environment fragments running around in my machine. I am desperate - if you have a solution, please contact me at forbes82604@aol.com HELP! HELP! HELP!

Runtime Error Java solution

by pagos86 In reply to Java runtime error messag ...

Many of the runtime errors in Java are dealing with the code and you can't do anything much about them unless you're the applet?s designer and you can go in to change the code.

But don't worry, you can still get rid of this messages by turning of the debugging. To do that, follow this:
Internet Explorer > Tools menu > Internet Options > Advanced tab > scroll down to the Browsing section.

Uncheck the following items:
? Disable script debugging (Internet Explorer)
? Disable script debugging (Other)

There are also other boxes to uncheck depending on what has been enabled on your system. For more detailed instructions, just follow this tutorial on <a rel="follow" href="http://www.runtimeerrorsfix.com/what-is-runtime-error-in-java.html">runtime error java</a>.
