win98 – My question is pretty much summed up in the title. Now that i’ve installed IE 5.5 beta, I can no longer access websites that use javascripting. I, of course, have been unsuccessful in uninstalling IE 5.5 beta or reverting back to previousversion (IE 5.0). I’ve tried downloading & completely reinstalling IE 5.0 over IE 5.5 w/o any luck. I’ve gone to MS’s support site with no help (of course). Prior to installation of IE 5.5 beta my browser was java-enabled. All preferences are setto accept javascripting. I’ve had to begin using Netscape on the same computer (& javascripting works fine with it), but would prefer IE. Any suggestions?
