JCL Sort to Unix Sort

what r the utilities available and popular one to Convert my JCL pgm having sort pgm to be migrated on and run on Unix

depends on what shell, and if you want it as a compiled program or not.
bash is the most common shell, which actually ties into perl nicely.

or just use a perl script.

or build a c or c++ sort program.
or even python, tcl, lisp....

lots of decisions to make about what to use before you even begin to port the jcl to any unix system.

most true unix systems should have a compatability with jcl, though since jcl hasn't really been used a lot in the last 20 years it may not be included by default.
