We have recently had a systems upgrade to our ordering system.
System spec is Oracle10GR2 running on an AIX server. The appliaction runs on two oracle application servers 10.1.2.2 and the application is accessed via a web console using Jinitiator 1.3.1.26.
We receive the following error and Internet Explorer freezes when end users try to enter or retrieve data from our application
java.lang OutOfMemory

This error message is at the bottom of the JavaConsole
We are using Internet Explorer as our browser ans Jinitiator version is 1.3.1.26
Can anyone shed any light on why the browser seems to freeze only on certain screens and how we would resolve this error.
Is the out of memory on the application server, database or local PC.
Any assitance greatly appreciated
