job assistance country and cost of living in us ,uk,australia

hi ……i hve finished be(cse)…..i hve decided to do my ms computer science abroad…..which country has better job assistance for ms computer science, and which country is less cost for ms(usa,uk,aus)…….am not aware abt canada….whether canada is good for ms,,it has job assistance……..some one help me …thanks in advance………….
