Recently my company had a promotions.
We are 2 Net Admin (me and my collegue), Now we are give two description for our new position, begin the job responsiblity the same.
I was given Computer Network Specialist and My collegue was give Supervisor Network & IT.
I feel i have a lower position than my collegue, so please suggest a equivalent title for my postion. We are on the same pay scal also.
