Due to the current political situation in my country, Venezuela, I have decided to go somewhere else. This means that after 15 years of being my own boss (I own a software development shop) quite successfully, I will have to hunt for jobs wherever Iland. Previous to that, I only worked for two years after graduating as Systems Engineer and for two different companies.
How can I (if possible) configure my CV so that it includes these fifteen years while keeping it all credible? I mean, therewill be no way to check my references other than with myself.
There are other hot spots, like what part of my experience should I try to lever on, commercial or technical? I mean, one learns so much about so many different things…
Any suggestions ?
