I’ve been working for this company for 2 years in March of 2002. I work for the IT Dept. as Operations Coordinator/Help Desk. It will be 1 year in December, that I’ve worked for the IT dept…When I had my review this year, it was a good one, but no raise, because I just came aboard as the reviews were being done. Since my review, I’ve accomplished an A+ certification, MCP certification and working on N+ before my next review. I’ve been getting plenty of compliments and impressing my manger, which is the Director of IT. My question is, what should I be looking for in my next review in 2002, as a pay raise? Any ides is a good idea.
