joining a domain

sir!
i have windows 2000 server it has domain my client that has windows xp professional does not connect to domain and given a error “multiple connection to a server or shared resources by the same user,using more then one user are not allowed,disconnect all previous connections to the server or shared resources and try again”. all others client are connect
please give me any advise to solve this problem
