I ran into this three times in the past week…I send out an email to multiple recipients with attached jpg files. Most recipients receive jpg files ok but a select few say they cannot view the files because they are zipped. These select few are using aol or compuserve. Is this a problem caused by this isp?…and the points to the person who can tell me if there is a fix and where it is.
