I’m running W7, 32-bit, on a DELL Inspiron 1721. Dual processor with 4.0 GIGs of memory.
Installed IE 9 without errors and it ran fine for a couple of days. Then it stopped opening up completely. The startup window comes up momentarily but then dies. Tried uninstalling it, but can’t find it anywhere. Tried reinstalling it but it says I have a newer version already installed and doesn’t go any further. HELP!!! Please.
