Just realized conagent.exe is gone

When I type VER in DOS, I get:
Windows 95 [4.00.950]

Which is my windows 95 version. I have been looking all over the internet for the file conagent.exe so that I can access windows programs in a DOS box. I dont wish to replace my whole OS! I have another computer with win95B and tried to use conagent from that version and what I get is an “Incorrect Dos version” message instead.

So where can I get CONAGENT.EXE?
