a personal friend of mine asked me to look at his computer. he believed it was a hardware issue but did not know what it was. i tested the power supply and HD and CD drive and graphics card. no light powers up on the mobo. i told him its the mobo because from my understanding a computer will still start with no possessor or ram ( i don’t mean boot up in to win xp or whatever OS)
