A clients Dell laptop p3 dumps memory and notes a KERNEL trap when trying to launch a game. The KERNEL32.DLL file appears to be corrupt. Is there a quick fix? I've looked for a system file checker routine to repair it - to no avail in win2000. I'm thinking about simply dropping another KERNEL32.DLL file in windows folder. Please advise if you know what to do. Thanks
