Don’t know how or why this happened but when I press ctrl+home, instead of going to the top of the Word document, the “Go To” box opens. We have tried resetting the commands, but it still shows crtl+home as moving to the top of a document. We haveremoved Word 2000 and reinstalled, but it did not help. This is only happening in Word, crtl+home works fine in Excel, Access, Outlook…. I am alos having problems with the delete key in Word. If I am deleting letter by letter, it works fine. However, when I select 2 or more lettes then press the delete key, nothing happens. Any suggestions on how these can be corrected?
