I have a few of my users with Dell Lattitude CPx’s. They all have the same OS (Windows 2000 Pro)and software build. There are a few who are having strange keyboard problems. A cluster of keys on the keyboard seem to lose all functionality. I have swapped the keyboard with one I know works. It seems to work temporarily but the problem resurfaces. Any ideas would be greatly aappreciated.
