One cannot access Bios setup without a keyboard. This has recently happened to me to the point that I purchased a USB keyboard to “work around” whatever is causing the bios from “missing” this critical input device. I have yet to re-try the ps/2 keyboard; but will probably do so after I post this. The usb kb did not immeadiately function. It took several cold starts before I had kb function at all. The original kb is now functional; no clue as to what caused the Device Manager to nix listing any kb.
