keyboard not present???

By M.A.S. Matrix ·
I have a microsoft bluetooth keyboard and mouse. When rebooting or powering back up the pc I get a "Keyboard not Present" error. To bypass this, I have to have a ps/2 kb plugged in during boot. This does not sound right to me. My intel wireless devices did not need this. Can someone please help?

Could be just specific to microsoft's wireless devices. Here is the solution from a MS kb

also, it could be that bluetooth is supported by windows operating system driver not as a hardware on mobo, so that you can see it in windows, but not in booting because the bios can not see bluetooth.
