I changed my os from windows xp sp 2 to windows xp pro, and when I did, I set up a system password in the f2 setup. Now my keyboard will light up, but when I type, all I hear is blinks, the other pc’s in the house have ps/2 keyboards, mine is a usb, my pc has no ps/2 inputs. I bought an adapter from ps/2 to usb and the other keyboards now light up as the computer turns on, but dont work at all after that. Can someone please help?
