I have a dell inspiron e1505 I am trying to fix. The main problem was a virus which I think I fixed. But the keboard keys will shut down any program that is opened. I open word and go to type and the program closes, same with all programs. Any ideas? Still a virus problem? Internet explorer is also a mess
