Killing rogue processes remotely

By higginsb ·
I would like to know if it is possible to kill rogue processes on an NT Server from a remote workstation rather than from the Server console itself.

Load RKILLSRV on the remote box and start it (it's an NT Service that'e part of the resource kit)

By copying the file over and running the SRVINSTW (? i think that's the right filename) app, you can install the service, then use Server Manager tostart it remotely.

Then RKILL.EXE can be used to initiate the remote process kill.
