Kmode_Exception in nt

Hi,
When I Install internal isdn modem, it dumps memory. it displays KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED.
Microsoft(Q275678)says that driver should be uninstalled. System is not booting, how to uninstall ??. I tried with ERD and reinstalling leaving eralier installation. Even after this it dumps memory . How to debug ???
