I am currently learning my first programming language (.NET). I think one thing that would help me down the road is learning the basics about Windows XP (ex. how does the registry work, etc…) Does anyone have a suggestion on a good book to read or websites to use on this topic? I’ll breakdown and buy the “Windows for dummies” if I have to, but I’d rather not advertise that I am a dummy. My coworkers should have to figure that out on their own.
