What is: Email, a competitor to Microsoft Outlook, In my opinion, there is no competition, Outlook all the way.

How to install: depends on your situation, HOME - single user, setup accounts (email, dialup, etc)
BUSINESS, get a server, setup user accounts.

Whats special - Nothing special, my company always used it form day one, have a veteran Notes administrator, and will continue to use it (yuck!)

Common faults, every user must be configured independently. All users need a *.ID file on the PC they will be suing in order to get into Notes. To use the simple REPLY in emails requires independant configuration per-person. to me, Its quite ****. I would take Outlook in German, just to get away form Notes. But again, this is just my opinion.

Hope this helps, feel free to ask any othe rquestions.
