Korean SPAM

Our network consists of MS Exchange Server 5.5. One of the clients is receiving about 14 SPAM e-mails a day in Korean. The writing is in Korean and comes from different locations so setting up the junk e-mail filter is not working. Is there a way to use some kind of filtering to block these e-mails? Is there a way to stop it at the mail server?
