I have a user who is having issues with the multi-purpose feeder on the printer listed above. No one else is having the problem, but this one user. I have uninstalled and re-installed the driver, but the problem is still there. When she prints the pages that have to be printed on “tabs” stock, she chooses the multi-purpose feeder from within the printer properties. In doing that, it will either lock up the system until you end the process in task manager, or it will shut down the printer properties, and it closes the document that is open. If the user hasn’t saved the document, it of course loses the changes that she’s made.
Could it be spyware or maybe a virus? Has anyone else suffered this problem and maybe found an answer to it?
Thanks…..
