Kyocera Color MFP are piece of junk. I leased one last year and after 10 months of they trying to fix registration and color problems, even Kyocera Western Technical Head Guy couldnt resolve the issue. We have 4 years of lease agreement. Guess what Kyocera uses a third party leasing company and is not responsible if the client is not happy about the performence or service.

Want to know more about Kyocera? I sent two emails in last 2 weeks to Raymond, President of Kyocera, Canada and Gord Marshal, National Sales Director. Surprise! Surprise! they dont even have courtsey to tell their secreratory to acknowledge the email that they want to resolve the issue. ABSOLUTELY NO REPLY.

NO ONE at kyocera cares about the client or their machines once they are sold. Don't believe their sales rep, looks like its all scam, they just want to sell machine and dont care if it works or not.
