Lab software

I often have to take students into a computer lab and find it difficult to monitor every student every second. Someone recently told me that there is some software that will allow me to see every computers display on my own monitor and record activity on each one. Does anyone know what that software is, where I can get it, and about how much it would cost? BTW, we are running a Win2003 server network with WinXP pro clients.
