Hi,
I really hope somebody can help. Yesterday I tried
plugging in my Lacie USB hard drive into my laptop
and I couldn\t get it to come up under in the My
COmputer part. I checked the device manager and it
said it was working fine and everything was cool. When
I plugged it in I got the little message that says new
USB hard ware found, installed ready to use. So it was
present on the machine but I just couldn’t get to it or see
it.
I usually have it plugged in to my mac at work but its
plug and play and should be fine to use on a pc right?
All the drivers are correct aswell. The other thing is
when I plugged it in and checked its location it came up
with location 0 as a pose to when I plug in a mouse or
whatever it comes up USB prt 2 or whatever.
Can anyone help?
