It amazes me talking to my end users, how many of them don’t know what a parenthesis, or a colon is. Kind of frustrating sometimes. My favorite thing to tell them when I instruct to type a zero, and they ask, “Is that the number zero, or the letter zero”, I love to reply back, “There is no letter zero”. 😉
