How do you configure Norton Internet Security to allow a LAN, access from one PC to the files on another PC on the same network? Using Windows XP Home

I would not use Norton ...

If you need to access other machines on a network then go to (if norton does not come with an un-installer) Symantec web site for a uninstaller program and uninstall Norton. A better one (all in) for you would be MCaffee, this does a better job, and you can access all your computers on a network. If you have a internet server or a server that is connected to the internet and all of your computers are attached to it through a switch then MCaffee is the best for you. Symantec (Norton) buries it self deep into your system making it hard to remove if you start having problems.

If you configure norton security with firewall so pls configure it open firewall & giving range of ip add, firstly off the windows firewall then check
