LAN Connection accessed via WiFi NIC

I have a WinXP laptop that has a LAN NIC and a Wireless NIC.

I want to have the laptop hardwired to the LAN connection but then transmit the connection through the wireless card, essentially having it act as a wireless router.

Can this be accomplished through windows Internet Connection Sharing, and how?

(I’ve seen similar topics, but none that I could see matching this situation. Sorry for double-posting.)
