Good Day!
I encounter this problem with my computer and keep asking what is the problem although i already find a solution to the problem but is not permanent because if the same thing happens the power failure the problem returns.
Scenario: Im working with my computer fine all is working, net is okay suddenly we have a power failure for a seconds and the power returns back okay. when i booth up my windows XP i can not connect to the servers, ping times out request, not LAN and WAN connection but the LAN indicator says LAN in connected. I keep restarting my computer hoping to restored my LAN connection but still the same problem. What i do is i booth my windows XP then plug off the power cable for a seconds then plug in the power cable and booth my windows XP. Then LAN is okay. Nay Idea guys…?
