LAN not talking after Router installed

I have a new cable modem and router connected to my NT 4.0 network. Since I installed the new router, I reconfigured the router and PC’s, and everything can talk to the router. I am able to use the internet through it etc. However, my internal LAN no longer works. I can ping everyone. Do I need to change the Domain Name?
