I have a small home network of 2 computers, connected to internet via satellite, and each plugged into an Ethernet hub. I work at home using a third cpu provided by my employer, which is plugged into the same ethernet hub for internet access even though it is not networked with my own two computers, so has no printer and file sharing with mine.
The employer-owned cpu has NetSupport Client installed on it, but my own two systems do not. My question is whether or not my employer has the capability to also view and monitor my own personal systems since they are all plugged into the same hub.
I fully understand why employers have a need to monitor remote employees like myself. However, I am concerned about privacy, as well as my daughter, who operates one of my computers.
Can you help shed some light on this for us?
