Lan Virus Protection

I got W32.nimda.enc@mm virus at my lan. I already have a corporate version of norton anti virus 7.5, which is updated and i normally run liveupdates and try to update my antivirus at my lan even that this virus, I am unable to remove that. How can Iremove this virus not quraintain and How can I protect my lan for viruses.
