My friend has installed a windows vista on his dell computer which he is using everyday. the system has an arabic version and the language bar disappear accidentally when he click on it. where we can find this language bar in order to return it in start up bar as it was so essentila for him to use by jut clicking on it making english and arabic. although i teach hinm the short on the keyboard bu he is not much comfortable on it he prefer to use the mouse.
