am really confused here i need help urgently. i have a dell latitude c800 laptop running on win2000 my battery life was up to 1hr 30 mins or even more, i recently installed repartition my harddrive as i started appreciating IT, i installed winxp first then later redhat9. the machineis runnign great but the problem is from when i installed the winxp when am batteries i cant get more than 10mins. i reformatted went back to win2000 same situation. i tried using my batteries on my friends c800 and it stayed more than 1hr 30mins, i toook his battery and placed it in mine still 10 mins. am wondering where did i go wrong is it the partitioning or wat. pls i feel my battery is not dead yet b4 i would buy a new one and still have similar problems
