I have a Toshiba Satellite 2100CDS laptop that when the power on switch is pushed, powers up, flashes the toshiba logo, then the windows splash screen, youi can hear the hard drive being accessed. but from this point just flops between the toshiba logo and the windows splash screen, back & forth. However it will boot into windows safe mode.
