My laptop tries to start up, fails, reboots, fails again, and reboots, and keeps going that way. I already took out the fan, the harddrive, the battery, the memory cards, I’ve tried everything I can think of!! Can someone help me?
When I try to reinstall the operating system (WinXP) it simply freezes. I get this blue screen that has no words on it, just a blank, blue screen.
