Laptop freezing

I own a APSIRE 5570-4438
Intel core duo processor T2450
2.0 GHZ , 5.33 MHz, 2 MB L2 cache
14.1 WZXGA crystalbrite LCD
intel graphics media cclerator 950
80 GB HDD
1 gb ddr2 (suppor dual-channel)

It FREEZES at the boot screen! out of no where
it started doing that, PLEASE HELP!!!!
